at our discretion; it is your responsibility as a user to

the day they are posted on the site. Continuing use of our
site will constitute agreements to such amendments.

At AOIdirect we

are subject to change. If you credit card has been charged
and the order is cancelled for any reason, AOIdirect will
credit your account. Issuing credits are the responsibility
of the credit card company. Please note, credit statements
can appear anywhere from 7days to 21 days after they are issued.
REPRESENTATIONS
OF COLOR
We cannot guarantee
the colors on this site will be accurate representations of
the colors of the items being shown. These photographs have
been taken with different lighting techniques. For accurate
color representation, please check with your salesperson.
SALES
TAX
Taxes will be charged
to all customers within the regional jurisdiction of the state
of California, Los Angeles County rate of 08.25%. Other counties
tax rates will apply.
RETURNS
All furniture items
are made to order and are not returnable. Any furniture returns
are made at the discretion of AOI.
All warranty claims
should be filed with the manufacturer of the product.
Cancellations have
to be received within 24 hours, and are dependant upon the
policy of the manufacturer.
